Job Description
Responsible for clerical duties including receipts, picking inventory from shelves, issues, purchase request processing, all accomplished within acceptable timelines and participation in stock counts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving and uploading delivery documents into the system.
Issuing items under storage.
Updating bin cards and system records.
Tagging and arranging items in respective locations.
Receiving and issuing diesel, HFO and lubricants.
Preparing primary reports, inventory data analysis, and reporting.
Filing and retrieving documentation.
Participating in inventory control and stocktaking.
Complying with Staff Regulations, Health, Safety and Environment Policy, memos, circulars, and notices.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
Degree in procurement & Supply chain management or Business Management.
A certificate in Stores or Inventory Management from a recognized institution an added advantage.
Computer literate, proficiency in Excel.
Systems knowledge of an ERP an added advantage.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work independently.
Highly organized and able to store items efficiently and safely.
