Job Description
Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting and repairs/maintenance of plant equipment’s to achieve optimal utilization of resources required for operational efficiency to meet set targets as per plan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Real-time monitoring of equipment’s during operation and providing prompt reports.
Identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and simple electrical problems.
(dis)assembling/installing new machines, i.e., Gearbox, Couplings and perform alignments.
Reading, analyzing equipment condition and interpreting technical procedures, service manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance work.
Comply with company and industry safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering -Plant or Mechatronics engineering.
In lieu of the above, NTTC certificate in Mechanical with at least 2-4 years of experience in an Industrial background and relevant experience in a reputable organization.
A degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
Familiarity with relevant software applications, such as Auto cad, ArchiCAD, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
Knowledge of ISO standards (Energy, Environment, Quality & Occupational)

Good knowledge of various test equipment
